Our Office

 

Our office is located at 410 West Loveland Avenue in the heart of historic Loveland. We provide our patients with a comfortable homey feel when they walk in the door. Which isn’t very hard. Our office is actually an old historic hotel built in 1886. The newly renovated space preserved the original hardwood floors and has lots of natural light. The several private exam rooms are all supplied with modern equipment to provide the latest advanced care.

 

Monday:  8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Tuesday:  9:30 am – 6:00 pm

Thursday:  8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Since all charges are your responsibility from the date services are rendered, it is important to make arrangements in advance.

Filing and processing your insurance claims is a courtesy we extend to our patients. Since your insurance company can not guarantee exact coverage for procedures, we can assist you in helping reduce the confusion and maximizing your benefits.

Our office is committed to making sure every patient clearly understands their treatment before leaving our office and have all their questions answered, whether it is treatment or financial concerns. If you want to phase your treatment, we will work with you in prioritizing your needs.

 

We are continually focused on providing uninterrupted time to all of our patients, making sure to address any concerns and questions. Because of our emphasis on exceptional personal attention, Dr. Julie schedules one patient at a time. Should you find it necessary to reschedule, please provide 48 hours notice so that the time reserved for you may be given to someone else. Cancellation charges will occur for repeated or late notice changes.
